I said "near me." All of my long term gf's have been very conservative Italian women. Trust me, I know about the catholic girls who are some of the slootiest around. My town though had a lot of good girl italian females that were probably the least slooty in our school of 4k kids. By far. Near the city though I'd agree with you.

There is no group of women that are 100% non-slooty. Eastern European girls tend to be much less so in general than others. They usually stay around their own nationality and have boyfriends. The hispanic/asian and white girls at my school were next level slooty.

Within a certain country/demographic, yes. But I don't think richer countries have better looking women than poor countries for example. You can find a lot of beautiful women in third world chitholes.
