I'm thinking to just keep my head down, mouth shut, and work my arse off but god damn is this chit getting to be blatantly racist.

-I work for city of Denver
-employer has had a lot of job openings lately
-none of new-hires for these roles in my department are white, and I mean NONE
-coworkers, hiring managers, and senior admin all saying that the strongest candidates are those who represent the "diverse" parts of our community
