Wine is good with a meal and good coffee is good. Nothing I would obsess over. Bourbon, Scotch, Cigars and Craft Beer are much better vices.

They make caffeinated pills, gum, mints, etc. I’ll take those. Much faster.

I like black coffee but thats what happens when you are in the navy for 20 years.

never understood wine, tastes like crappy grape juice with a scoop of dirt in it.

Maybe its because I never had good wine. Dont know.

I look forward to my coffee every morning. I have it strong, black, and enjoy the taste.

I like wine too, but it’s just another alcoholic beverage to me. I’m hardly “obsessed” with it

I don't get the craze for wine. I think it tastes like chit and don't get how anyone actually enjoys it. I honestly think people don't actually enjoy drinking it, they just like to either get drunk or pretend to like it to sound pretentious.

Coffee on the other hand is delicious. I brew my own every morning (just lol at people who pay for it at Starbucks) and add a splash of vanilla or hazelnut creamer.

I remember when I was a teenager too, OP.

Wine is good at any time of day. I drink coffee black, sometimes with coconut oil and dash of cream. Sometimes add stuff like turmeric or cinnamon. Mornings I know I'm going to be working from home I sometimes drink a couple cups of both coffee and wine. The most overrated beverage is soda.

TBH it just sounds like a good idea to drink coffee just because it encourages bowel movement. I like to chit when I wake up before I hit the gym if possible.

The other day my car was being worked on, so i sat around and read magazines about wine. The sales manager there has a son that owns a wine making business in Napa Valley California.

the wine magazines had a few articles saying that wine sales are flat in the US. The younger generation is not buying wine as their parents generation did. The wine writers didn't know how to change younger American's changing drinking habits and it had them worried.

I got into coffee during COVID. Brewing methods, different types of beans, variations on drinks from different regions.

Wine is cool too. If you ain't into either then that's cool.

I actually dislike wine, and recently when I have some it messes up my stomach.

I'm narrowed down to scotch, and tequilla.... sometimes light beer.

May have to do that, but Vietnamese coffee is my latest obsession.

I drink to much coffee that is for sure. Wine I have gotten much more into as I've traveled more and visited different wine regions. There is a lot of variety with wine and you can probably find something you enjoy if you experiment a little. Unfortunately most Americans I don't think make it past yellow tail and apothic.

Never had Arabic coffee but I've had Turkish and Greek coffee. Is that similar?
