He said he'd take care of everything in the brochure and do adhoc visits as needed.

I did for ants and cockroaches. They are reduced but still see them. There was also mice problem on my patio I think I took care of, mother****ers were getting into my grill and ****ting all over. But there are bugs, spiders mosquitos and **** in the backyard etc. Oh and all kinds of bees.

I just cant stand cockroaches and ants in the house, even 1-2 makes me rage. Also gettin bit by **** in the backyard.

If you don't want bugs outside move to Colorado srs. Lived there 3 years and probably saw 2 bugs the entire time.

I legit just made a thread on this yesterday. i wanted to know if anyone else did theirs because pest control seems like a rip off. the spray is readily available at any home depot and the technique just looks like going around the perimeter of the house and also spraying potential entry areas.

House and detached garage I have a guy come spray in the spring and fall for general bugs, spiders, ants, stink bugs, etc. $135 each time he comes. I know he charges more for termites and mice but I've never needed that.

The products available to professional applicators are not the same as the products available to homeowners.

With some research and some effort on your part you can likely handle this on your own.

This program is about $180 per visit. I don't know your local rates, but you could see what a single txmt costs in your area to decide if this is a fair rate.

Not sure but my guy uses something equivalent to a pressure washer and puts a lot of liquid over my entire house and garage.

Sounds to me like you have a giant problem on the inside. I’d def consult a professional, but shop around. Look at reviews on Google in the area.

exactly why i created the thread was to get details like this. ive never heard of anything that before. ive only seen them with the handheld tank and wand. but i dont think anything they do justifies their prices

I think general rate for mosquito spraying us 150 per visit here. These guys do all kinds of pests. Still a bit pricy.

Commercial bug control guys typically are required to have a license and maintain ongoing training along with some severe insurance for liability purposes.

Not sure what DC is like with regard to regulations or products they use, so hard for me to tell you if that's high or not. It does seem a bit high for only coming quarterly.

You can do it yourself and still use the EXACT active ingredients that commercial guys use. We use Tempo in our food plant for a "crack & crevice" spray.https://www.amazon.com/Tempo-Ultra-P...ps%2C98&sr=8-1
mix it at 16ml/gallon. Spray away. Cracks, crevices, eves, etc. One thing to remember, rain/water washes the insecticide away so if you want continuous protection, you must re-apply. Wear chemical resistant gloves and eye protection while mixing and spraying.

Mice are fairly simple. Get some glue boards and put them out for the interior and get some bait stations for the exterior. Or, you can put up an owl box and hope an owl thinks it's a good home for the summer.

Edit to add - Ants. Same, go to amazon and search for Maxforce Ant Bait. Again, if you put this in your flowerbeds, turn off your sprinklers for a few days as water deactivates the bait.
