ITT: check out this snake living in my garden (snake phobics beware/gay friendly)
Last year, a snake made a nest in my garden, laid her eggs, and I got to watch her little baby snakes grow up. Either this is the same snake coming back to make yet another nest or perhaps one of its offspring now starting its own family in the place it was born. Who knows.
Anyways, she chills out in the sun on the warm rocks during the day. She's always around.

I'm going to assume it's a garter snake but perhaps miscers knowledgable with snakes can provide further info.

I’d rather keep a tortoise in mine
Red foot tortoise won’t tear up your garden as opposed to yunno Russian torts, suculat (do?), or leopard tortoise.

I like it, OP, but I think it's a King Cobra.
