People talk about high interest rates in the past but they forget that houses were very cheap back then and the median income to mortgage payment ratio was not as bad as it is today.
The housing market is more overvalued than at ANY time in the history of the US.

ALL THE AREAS IN RED ARE OVERVALUED BIGLY and WILL CRASH EVEN MORE BIGLY in the NEXT HOUSING MARKET CRASH
