I sometimes get frustrated with constant emails so I stop answering ones that are like a debate. After 3 days of no input people realize you're done talking and will be willing to bring it to the "how do we fix this" stage and stop worrying so much about how it makes them look.

Running a few times a week. Still hate it, but I find it very rewarding once I hit a goal of so many miles or improving a time on an old run.

Exercising consistently, even when I don't want to. Never regret it.
Choosing to keep on looking at the bright side or optimistic side of everything I can. Even if it's naive at times. Living happy helps to breed happy.
Identifying when a bad mood erupts. Hint: 9 times out of 10 it's because I'm too focused on a bad topic for too long. Change your thoughts and activities to something positive or at least neutral for even longer than you've spent dwelling on the negativity.

Believing in Jesus Christ and serving Him. Start praying. It completely changed my life. If you don't believe pray "Lord I believe, help my unbelief"

Well I used to drink alcohol every day. Stopped that years ago. I still have liver damage, but stopped potentially getting Cirrhosis. My next goal is stop drinking so many energy drinks.

Reading
Upskilling
Cardio
Working out 4-5 times a week
Combat sports
Saving money, not impulsive spending
Not reading mainstream news so much
Don’t watch tv - selective with content that I consume due to the subconscious risk of influence
Minimalist
High protein high fat low carb diet
Working out in the early morning on empty stomach
Not consuming supplements like whey protein
Things I stopped
- drinking on a weekly basis. Drink now only on special occasions
- chasing tail. Pointless pursuit once you’ve smashed enough
- never had social media
- don’t watch pronz
- hanging out with people who don’t share roughly the same habits I do. Cut out people who drink heavily, party etc
- getting involved in work politics. When ppl talk chit about others, keep ya mouth shut

Many things that I've probably shared here before.
Learning new things regularly
Developing and honing skills
Questioning everything and thinking critically and not in absolutes
Emotional reasoning skills, catching myself and critiquing the way I feel, and not going right from feelings to behaviour
Trying to be helpful to others and non-judgmental
Assertiveness and not aggressiveness or passivity
That's a few. Nice thread, OP
