Who all is familiar with Wifi Hotspots srs
I'm trying to make the best out of this WFH situation. I want to take some roadtrips to the beach and mountains, maybe go camping and things like that and think I could pull this off if I get a solid mobile hotspot. Can I use this chit literally anywhere?
What hotspot device/services do you recommend? Srs

I have unlimited data and the speed is really good. I bring my laptop to work and use my hotspot.
Not sure how common it is now, but like 10-15 years ago I remember my grandpa having one of those wifi usb hotspot things for his laptop. Just plug it in and connect. That was before smartphones though.

I've tried quite a few times to get the phone I have to work as a mobile hotspot and had no luck at getting it to connect. I think the poverty phone service has it blocked. My old Nokia I could tether it on the USB cable and use internet. I worked good at the time.
