I feel like women did just accept men being creeps back then. In a more private setting for sure, possibly even in a public setting.

yeah man, even as a civilian contractor now, when I address issues with females, there is always a non-biased third party witness, female in a supervisory position.

and I record that chit too.

Most importantly though, I am a hard professional at work. Even when other leaders are having relaxed conversation with each other I don’t participate. I don’t care, it doesn’t bug me, I just don’t participate. At all. Not even when the audience is considered and I could be perfectly safe. I just don’t see the reason.

If a female tried calling nonsense on me, my demeanor on a daily basis speaks for itself. But I still do things to protect myself as well.
