No he isn’t, he just regurgitates Forbes articles.

But that’s ok none of us are that smart. What Gordon has is extreme discipline, which is why he’s moderately successful.

The really successful people have like 100 million not 5 million - because they take risks.

You don't need a 150 IQ to have success. Just take a simple idea and stick to it.

Most are people are too dumb to do that. I'm miring him srs

Depends what you mean by success.

I think you need big ideas and the ability to take risk. I work for 2 guys who are worth like 100 million each. They left their half a million dollar a year jobs, set up shop in an old run down office, put all the money they had into their fund, utilized the connections they had from working and then 15 years they have fuk you money.

Contributing to a vanguard account diligently will make you financially comfortable but it won’t ever get you to a level where you have freedom do whatever the fuk you want.

Gordon thinks 5 million is amazing but it’s kinda lame since guys have 100 million plus. No point bragging about it.

Anyways im not one to talk at all since Gordon is way more successful than me I’m just speaking objectively based on what I’ve seen irl.

another point - i have like 30+ years on most of you guys. i'm not necessarily smarter than anyone here - but i've seen a lot more wars than most - i've seen a lot more shiit because i've been on earth a lot longer than you guys. shiit that's happened to me, friends, family, co-workers. so i bring a perspective and some experience to the table just because of my age. and i try to share that experience knowledge and perspective with you guys. the 80s are over. the world is a tough place.

LOL @ anyone saying Gordo is not "rich," because he doesn't have $100 mill, the dude has $5mill (better than 98%), complete financial freedom, doesn't answer to anyone, does whatever he wants, is not under constant threat of lawsuits, HR, divorce, etc etc.

Gordo has made it.

There's nothing lame about $5 million Brad. Come on, you gotta be trolling.

A lot of guys are content with a 4 bedroom in florida, a $60k corvette, and unlimited Texas Roadhouse.

The guys that want $100 million want a garage filled $200k supercar, a mansion, and 5 star hotels in the Maldives With private jet for transportation. It's all a bunch of pretentious BS

I don't care about any of that. I'm a simple man. A nice house, a couple motorcycles, and sloots are all I need.

Who was Expected Value? Just becausesome people made $100 million plus, doesn't mean their move was the correct play.

In statistics and probability analysis, the expected value is calculated by multiplying each of the possible outcomes by the likelihood each outcome will occur and then summing all of those values. By calculating expected values, investors can choose the scenario most likely to give the desired outcome.

Can you write out an equation where the expected value is equal to 150M that makes sense?

Anyways I’m not bashing Gordon, he’s very successful and has the right mindset since 100M is a pipe dream for 99.999% of the population.

God damn, the ability to just spend at will (moderately) meaning $200 bar tabs, steak daily, etc. is what I want.

$5 million is awesome. Financially free

Edit: I own two houses and make $160,000 a year but with a wife and kids, that is nothing.
