Eric Harris, Columbine High School Shooter.

This is a weird post I'll admit but I find myself reflecting on this topic every time there's a mass shooting committed by a young person in this country.

I was in 5th grade living 68.7 miles from Columbine HS on April 20th, 1999.

Now, I live just a few miles from Littleton.

I remember coming home from school as a latch-key kid and instead of watching Fresh Prince of Bel-Air/Full House/Friends/etc, the breaking news of the Columbine HS massacre blazed across the screen. Never had I seen anything like it, especially as a child.

When you look at the shooters of these mass casualty events, they all tend to have "that look". Take a look at Eric Harris though. He looks collected, calculating, cognizant of what he was going to do and the influence he would have on countless others who would follow the template he set.

The Columbine shooters Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. Again, look at Harris (left). While Klebold often has that incel "checked out" look in his eyes, Eric Harris seems like he's sadistically present in full awareness of what awaited his community.

We had a school shooter here in Mexico back in 2019, about 11 years old, i kid you not, he decided to wear the same outfit dylan klebold was wearing.

This kids look up other shooters as some type of role model

Interesting. I thought the narrative was that Incel was kinda the ringleader and the the other guy just kinda went along with it as his friend? Maybe I have it backwards. I don’t know too much about it.

Maybe I’m naive, but I try not use these types of peoples names and show their pictures. I think it kind of humanizes them and gives them power. I feel like if we didn’t discuss so much about these killers, then future incels wouldn’t idolize them.

I think studying these characters is important if you're not going to infringe on the 2A.

Also find it interesting how the type of person who has it in them to shoot up a school is usually disliked and avoided by everybody else, hence WHY they shoot up a school.

I was resentful towards a few people in my social group and i got my revenge on them later on, but that was by putting it over them hard and making them my b*tch through psychological tricks.

Defs had no problem with 95% of people in my year.

These guys were ghosts at best or reviled at worst by their peers. Pointing a gun at them was the only time they received any sort of respect. People really ought to work on noticing all the red flags.

If Chad's and Stacies bullied you while the teachers turned a blind eye, then I can understand offing them...not justifying it. Just saying I can understand why.

But why shoot random people...

Same thing with the ****get van attacker in Toronto...dude was pissed off at sloots so he runs over a whole street killing random people. Killed at least one single mom, that I can recall. Imagine being her kids...
