In just a few short years? No.

Plus I’ve noticed a lack of fuks given across all demographics. From restaurant staff and retail workers all the way up to doctors and accountants. My tax guy fuked up my chit this year. The decline is universal.

I think there is an ever growing mass of the population who feel that 9-5 wage cucking isn't freedom, and are seriously starting to question the status quo. You see it even on the right of the political spectrum these days

If social media and smart phones didn't exist people would have no issue working

Those things ruined the social fabric which ruined the work environment just look around everyone is on their phones or has ear buds in at work now the dopamine from the internet/tech has surpassed what you can get at work

I noticed this at my work, union job. Now I only work as hard as the guys beside me…it’s not very hard at all.

100%. I stopped working as hard once I noticed certain demographics not working as hard and getting away with it. Why tf would I work harder for the same pay? I come in late AF too now.

Not in my experience. Hispanics do most of the blue collar work in Socal and they are some hard working mother f*ckers from what I have observed.

It's def not that simple. Legal immigrants of all backgrounds outwork Americans. My own parents outwork anyone i know, including myself. Americans in general are just lazy, some more than others. Now there's just a good reason to be.

Zoomers are the laziest of all time. They also have the worst future outlook in modern history. Cant say I really blame them, this wont get better.

Yea, saying Americans are lazy is a generalization but so is saying demographic changes are why no one wants to work hard. The major demographic changes are due to immigration, and I don't know many people that think they're lazy.

And it isnt like it's just the typical welfare leeches that aren't contributing. Almost an entire generation doesnt see the point because they're so much farther behind. If I wasn't an early millenial with parents that worked their asses off to give me an advantage in life, I probably wouldn't see the point either. It's worth it to me cause I'm already somewhat ahead.
