How anti work are you?

Over the past decade iv worked for an employer for a max 8 months max combined threw 2 companies .
it just seems pointless to work your butt off for scraps when you can make decent coin doing small construction jobs ( Im a plumber and gas fitter + install all kinds of special insulation) or even collect unemployment and mow lawns.

Do people actually enjoy doing jobs and going to work? it feels like a horrible situation to be in .
hope i don't sounds like a massive dork or that's there's something wrong with me

There is a shift happening that can't be denied. A lot of people are tired of being exploited by companies, and when they see that there are people half as smart as them making cringy mindless Tik Tock videos all day and making 6 figures a year, they are completely over their job and lifestyle.

Im not sure if rotting is the correct term, you can make way better coin doing odd jobs like tree pruning or cleaning vs working a service job.

If you're working your ass off, you're doing it wrong. I don't do shyt all day, I don't even drive myself anymore.

You work hard for a few years, build skills, and then coast on a minimum of six figures for the rest of your life.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Yeah, that one is intentional, so it's not funny. Also, calling a 3some with 2 dudes beasting is kinda witty. Know what I call it, I call it gay. Because that's what it is.

This is where I’m at in life right now. But I’ve noticed the new people coming in are are skipping the whole working hard for years, building skills part…They just coast from the start. It’s kind of unsettling.

After you get paid sure. I wouldn’t be anti work if I was at the bottom of the barrel though. Right now I make a decent wage but still not enough to say fuk it. I’ll be at that stage in approx 5 years. You’re supposed to be a man. Winning should be built into your DNA. You need personal and professional goals. Hit them then sit back. Rotting from the starting line ain’t it son.

Don't mind my job and it pays well/is related to my field of study which I love but I can imagine myself wanting to join the rotting revolution before too long.

Like someone mentioned above, definitely a strong anti wage-cucking sentiment that's growing around the world. I give capitalism another 100-200 years tops

It's not good to be a corporate whore, but it's also not good to be those ****gits on that reddit AntiWork group.

Works of passion / Starting a business >>>> working for some other sh!thead

Not liking work at all is for losers. Manual labor is good for the soul, gotta work at things to develop skills, etc.

The opportunity is always there to become your own boss in whatever field interests you the most.

If you hate the rat race that much and truly value your time... I don't see what's stopping you.

I feel like the only way to truly enjoy or tolerate work is to go in business for yourself. I've worked in both civilian government sectors, and no matter where I've gone, there's always some chit not worth giving up self respect for. The government side being worse than the civilian side, that being said, the government side has been full of douchebags that can't give up their toxic leadership learned from the military, and civilians just being retards and getting bent out of shape over trivial matters that look completely stupid to people like myself that have seen real chit having been in the military.

It blows my mind how so many people act like real kunts when they are given a supervisory position and they act like they're the greatest thing to happen to the industry and treat others that are lower in the chain like garbage.

I'd love to own my own gym, but it seems like there's too much red tape these days to start a small business and get loans for it.

I've noticed that as well. Of course by doing that those people don't get the perks like a big paycheck or the autonomy to set their own schedule. The crazy thing is, most off them don't care.

This, though for me it's more like 15-20 hours a week. But what I've noticed is, I don't feel that dread I used to feel on Sunday nights for example.
