Got results for 23andme for my daughter recently. Seems like my Swiss grandma had GOAT genetics in the family since [like me] that dominated her results-

I didn't vomit a single time while I was pregnant and I only recall my daughter throwing up one time when she was a toddler and fell asleep in the car...maybe motion sickness.

Who needs food safety when you have a gut like that? I spent a day yakking twice when we went to see them for Thanksgiving and everyone else was fine; I was the only one who got sick.

It's definitely achievable natty especially if he did something like Starting Strength or icecream fitness 5x5 from age 12-14. Once he had that base of strength from a young age it's easy to pile on the muscle. High adrenaline is anabolic too which he would of got from fighting
