It's possible that while OP was at work, the dog had stomach issues and needed to chit, so went on the rug. It's also possible that the sink photo is staged with literally all the trash pushed into view of the photo. The fishtank...idk, a snapchat filter?

Or idk kind of a long shot that his wife has been gone 7 days and there are 8 daily chits on the floor, the fishtank hasn't been touched in a week, OP literally puts his trash wherever, doesn't brush his teeth and lets everything mold and stink around the house.
Honestly would report this dude.
