Can genetic imperfections be canceled out by selecting opposing partner?

For instance if a guy has a big nose should he marry a girl with a small nose to create a baby with a normal sized nose?

Of does it multiply if they double it, 2 big noses = super nose?

A person with a wide head should marry a partner with a skinny head, Kate 'Alien' Moss (recently featured on Misc) should find a guy with eyes close together etc.

The inbreeding problem suggests that this approach should work.

because its about your entire lineage and recombination which is close to random

recombination = more than your parents. so its a "combination" of your parents, grandparents, great grandparents, their parents, etc., etc. - a "random" combination from all of those
