I usually boil 6 eggs for approx 7 minutes then put them into a big mug with some real butter, salt and pepper and destroy it in 3.5 seconds. Nice quick breakfast.

I do this as well brah, especially when Im lazy to cook rice. I find that making soft creamy scrambled eggs where they aren't too solidified or too liquidy. Best with salt. mmmhmmhmmhm

Traditional French scrambled eggs are 50/50 eggs to cream cooked in a good bit of butter. Eggs are really good at absorbing butter.

no reason behind it, just felt like it. they tasted a little buttery, but not unreasonably. A dozen eggs is a pretty good amount of volume.

Eggs and butter get a bad rap, but these fats are very good for you actually.

if you go to a legit French restaurant you will eat a full stick of butter before you leave ded srsly.
