I know you must split your training days up to incorporate your karate practice as well, what does your routine look like?
Do you still attend the dojo?

Unfortunately, no dojo is available near my home.
These years, I only do karate practice (seikenduki, mae-geri, yoko-geri and mawashi-geri, etc.) alone at the riverside fields while jogging twice a week, each lasts less than an hour.
Anyway at this age, my brittle body needs no Kumite sparring partner, for most likely I would end up with broken bones or something irreversible, LOL.

I also have limited options for training where I am. No good judo schools, no Kyokushin, not even any Muay Thai
There is Shotokan and BJJ so I will probably start doing those

pre-fatiguing yourself but still being able to hit 55 lbs for 10 is hella impressive
but solid lifting all around! Hope I can be nearly as strong at age 62

I've been rehabilitating by changing w/o intensity, volume and frequency for the last few years due to the left shoulder (BP) and elbow injuries (Chin-ups) hoping to get my strength back.
Probably this is the last opportunity to do it considering my age and this time I will take whatever caution needed to avoid the same mistake as in the past, I mean injury-wise.
Slow-but-steady-injury-free progress is my motto.
Have a nice weekend, brother.
