Did Your Dad Have a Six Pack During Your Childhood?

How would have you turned out different if your dad had a year-round six pack for 20+ years?

Yep, had a cooler with a 6 pack on the floorboard. I would sit on his lap and steer while he drank, I was like 7.

Miss the good old days.
Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Yeah, he was a college track coach. I don't have a 6 pack right now but not fat either. Will probably go on a cut soon and get it back.

Dad was heavy in the juicing business through the 80s then slowed down after a heart attack but even then he never maintained a year round 6 pack.

He was never jacked or muscular exactly, but was athletic looking in his younger days. He did swimming, discus throwing, running plus was in the armed forces for years.

He had biceps when he flexed and he had the most insane forearms even at 60 thanks to dat dere manual labour. I saw a photo of him when younger and he never had abs though lol.

Now he is just getting skinny.
