these heroin heads have been popping up in phoenix along the i17 corridor. they literally stand slouched over like that in the middle of the sidewalk along the side of a busy ass road.... ridiculous.

saw some idiot face down on the sidewalk in the suburbs the other day near the i17... Why don't these people just die?
