My grandfather had 27 kids and died at 55

Talk about living the life, turns out the dude had 4 women on retainer for most of his adult life. My grandmother was his official wife and had around 10 kids with her and another 17 with 3 other women

My grandma, my mom and the rest of her family only found out about the other families at his funeral. Atleast my grandma inherited around 12 houses and didnt have to share the inheritance with the others

such was life in the mid 1900s
