I don’t agree with everything he says but like 90% of his content is good IMO

He will never be aesthetic due to a combination of factors - the biggest being his loose skin. He trains for strength, and you can’t argue that he is strong. Both his squat and deadlift were over 600 before his current cut. Pretty sure his deadlift is still over 600 but his squat went down.

As for his gf….she’s a bit strange looking IMO, but I’d still smash
