Still struggling after a break up
1 month after and its still tough... I got very attached to her, beautiful, smart... we were planning our life together, kids etc.. we were together 3 years, she adored me, worshiped me, told me she loved me and wants to spend her whole life with me and never lose me so many times, up until the end.
Then suddenly she just said she wants to breakup and doesn't want to keep going anymore, just like that, all of a sudden, no warning signs nothing...
Im sure it happened to many of you guys too, and im pretty sure even tho its "sudden" that she has been planning it for weeks probably, because she all of a sudden was cold, like I mean nothing to her anymore lmao, literally a day after she was telling me that I mean everything.
Im seriously starting to think almost every single woman is like this, manipulative and deceiving, pretending something but in reality up to something else, you just can't trust them, at all.. even if you are together for 10 or 15 years, she can just leave you in an instant, suddenly, with no remorse or feelings.
They are so manipulative, they keep all of this inside and detach completely from you, instead of communicating it and working on it, like any healthy relationship should.

Ive heard some similar things happen to some people I know, and also read on the internet that alot of modern women these days are like this, that they can leave you at any time without remorse and you were their king one day and nothing the other day.

Real talk... I can assure you she didnt just decide she was done one morning while taking a $hit. Reality is there is probably something you werent giving her that she needed for quit some time and likely was just trying to convince herself everything was ok... Until some bruh casually came along one day and filled that need without ever realizing... and probably filled those sugar walls a few times without you knowing it.. and then sent her home full and happy to sleep next to you at night.
If there was ever one piece of relationship advice I could give.. It would be learn how to properly communicate. So much BS could be avoided if people would just slow down.. pay attention..... and have an honest conversation.

Never take what other people do personally.
That being said, men must learn and accept that if their woman falls out of love with them, its because of something the man did or didnt do.
Start thinking of things in a tribal/evolutionary perspective.
There are things in modern society that dont match up with both.
Ex: a modern man might solve a conflict with another man by words/ descalation, but the woman's natural instincts want her man to end the conflict by beating the other guy's azz, and will respect him less if he takes the "pu$$y" way out, even though modern society discourages violence.

It makes it far too easy for them to end up with a "grass is greener on the other side" anytime they feel bored/unsatisified in the least bit in a relationship. Thus, they often opt to go for what appears to be an easier, quicker fix in going elsewhere for their "excitement" and such rather than putting in the effort to maintain what they already have.
With that said, you need to understand that that's how it is for about 80% of guys these days. So don't beat yourself up over it too much. If anything, try to focus on the positive side of things. At least she did this now rather than waiting until you married her and had kids with her, which would have made breaking up with her 100x chittier for you.

Stay as busy as you can doing productive things...work hard, work extra hours if they're available, save money and treat yourself to a nice little vacation somewhere, exercise hard, be with your family and any friends you have. Any hobbies where you use your hands and build chit are great. And DON'T TALK TO HER OR SEE HER AGAIN NO MATTER WHAT. Time will take care of the rest my brother... serious.

Sounds about right. They're not all like that, but pretty much all of them. Women need to be wrapped really tight within a family environment nowadays for them to stay firm in relationships.

A woman doesn’t go through all this to be alone, ever, someone else has won her attention.
No point trying to hold on to her either, absolute worse move you can make. Even if you succeed, she’ll resent you for it and will always have that what if back of her head.

lol at caring about a chick in 2022. Don't let that chit impact your life even in the slightest.
They're all the same. Every single one has a smartphone/social media addiction, obsessed with their 'fur baby', sloots and has taken narcissism to a whole new level. Victim mentality of piss.

Women are very much like this. You mean something until you don't mean something. Be strong and don't reach out to her for any reason at all. If she reaches out to you don't repond. It gets better man but you have to move on now.

My girl was active all the damn time on FB messenger and snapchat. I told her it bothered me and she deflected and started to gaslight. I told her I just can't deal with it anymore and to have her social media if it means so much to her but i was done. Feels pretty good honestly.. Now i don't have to worry anymore!

Knowing and experiencing these things as a guy, you have to make adjustments in your own life & attitude because they will never stop happening. You have to realize that everything in life has an expiration date, women are no different. The only reliable person you have is YOURSELF. Invest in yourself. If you get into a relationship, despite your burning desire for a woman you've got to release your foot from the gas a bit and try and take it less seriously.
