After months of stupid *******s hovering over me because they think I shouldn’t of been in the gym with crutches. I’ll tell people whatever the fuk I feel like. I’ve had to accept a 110lb female trying to spot me on bench (when I had the fukkin safeties up), and trainers shadowing around behind me waiting to see if I trip or somthing etc..

I go to failure on bench normally so the look on her face when she realized I couldn’t get the weight up and she couldn’t even help me rack it was pretty funny. I think she learned what the safeties do that day. But no matter what I’ve been getting nonstop unsolicited advice from people every second I’m In a gym.

And it’s always stupid chit. Like “hey I got some advice for you”. Me: “sweet maybe this guy is an ortho and I’m doing some exercises wrong or my regular stride is off or somthing”

Guy: “if the crutches are hurting your armpits you can get special cushions”

Me mentally “oh go fuk yourself I actually know how to use crutches you old windbag”

People don't appreciate unsolicited advice in the gym, but if I see someone who is going to bite off more than they can chew on bench press I'll compliment them on the weight and ask if they want a spot.

If these go wrong I’m thinking lifelong injury (maybe not the bench one idk)

Usually I try to just ignore and focus on what I’m doing but in the back of my mind I’m waiting for the snap/scream

Should I just MYOB or should I say something?

It's awesome to care about people and I have done it, but I only do it if I see something really crazy or stupid. That means the people clearly doesn't know what they are doing.

I have asked, "Hey what's the goal of that exercise" and then explained the correct way to reach that goal.

You can't be there all of the time and unless you get into a friendship, saying hi, etc I think it's best to leave it alone.

However, I have seen people doing squats with a rounded back and I immediately explained how that can destroy your spine. Like you are saying I feel it's my duty.

How does it feel to act like a bitch and spend 99% of your time stalking some other man you're jealous of?

You must honestly be a massive loser.

It's comical.

If you see an injured sloot you should definitely check their breasts for damage.

Doing the right thing isn't always received well, what she does with that info is on her.
Good job.

Some gal was on leg press machine today with some hbb blonde in 10/10 shape.

The non hbb was struggling pushing back up and the hbb jumped in and started pushing the machine up to help her, I didn’t jump in because I was in the middle of a set and I also didn’t want them to feel like I was looking at them enough to notice. I probably would’ve got metoo’d lol
