How tf do you cold approach in a public place like a gym or grocery store? I’m great at cold approach in a bar or club since it feels natural there but I can’t bring myself to do it anywhere else it just seems so awkward and forced

So there's a reason fro you to be there and talk to people rather than just walking around bothering people. Grocery store is higher stakes because you're only going to see her that once, but that actually makes it easier if you get BTFO because you're probably never going to see her again.
