I have a theory. Masturbation with a strong grip is practically reverse jelqing. Feel like I've been jelqing towards the base for years, and that's what has made it wider.

Could be. If you jelq with too low an EQ or don't start your grip at the base you can end up with baseball bat dick ( skinny base with a fat head / thickermidshaft)

Yep. 6" around the base. From there it tapers down to 4.5".
