Anyone else watch Love Island (srs)

UK based reality 'dating' show where winner gets 50k (although the couples always split 25k between them) I know 95% of people who watch it are females and ****g0ts and it can be pretty cringey but it's interesting to see how the sloots and brahs behave.

Almost all the guys on it are jacked Chads/Tyrones and the women mostly are dolled up 6's, you do get some HBB's on it though.

These guys who are absolute slayers IRL get mogged to oblivion when an even bigger giga chad comes in and steals there women.

Even the men who are chadlite/above average that make it to the show get completey ignored, same with the woman.

Half the contestants are insta 'influeners' the other half work normal jobs. Although there's always 1-2 contestants who are related to celebrities.

People backstabbing each other constantly.

Drama breaks out from time to time.


I find it very entertaining and look forward to each episode every night.

It's pretty hard to get in tbh, 100k people apply for it every year and only 0.7%, of them actually get picked.

From what I've read you also have to through tons of interviews to convince producers that you're super entertaining/unique on top of being decent looking.

Although I'm surprised at some of the contestants that make it on there and end up being meh.

Lol I've seen tons of comments on social media complaining how they don't put 'normal' fat/older people on Love Island.

Yet the moment someone who goes on it that doesn't fit the typical stereotype (tan, tatts, muscles) they get roasted to oblivion.

Good example would be these two contestants, first guy was on it last year and 2nd guy was a Doctor on it back in 2018 yet was practically incel on the show.

Decent looking guys but they got torn apart by the public and on social media. Brutal af and double standards at its finest.

I’ve watched it a few years including this year, yeah the guys looks wise are up there but they are all thick as **** and probably have low net worth, and the girls come on man they are better than 6s, yeah they wear a lot of slap but if you saw them in public on a night out you’d be turning your head and staring.

The Challenge is the trashy show worth watching. A lot of the competitions they do are actually cool. I don't know why you would want to watch a show that is just the trashy hooking up element of these shows. That's the part about The Challenge that makes me feel dirty for watching it, lol.
