I work with kids in psych.

This one kid fell out of three story window either that or he was dropped by his mother.

At one time, she was a pretty blonde Irish girl, and by the time I came into the picture she looked like a feral animal caught in a trap.

A couple 4th of Julys ago, she got shot 12 times and murdered. I knew her boyfriend who is a creepy homeless criminal who looks like Hugh Jackman, lol.

All of these people who have turned out normally if they grew up in a community that had morals and values.

We need to bring back high quality mental institutions.

Most people who are homeless and drug addicts would be better off in a well run mental institution.

This was tried at the beginning of the 20th Century but there were brutal treatments and lack of funding for staff and it got bad. But, we really need to try again.

Even in ancient times they would round up crazy people and put them on an island and so forth. we currently have no such islands.

You are right but trust me, we can't control rotten families or kids.

They will then have more kids and not know how to raise them. So, bad families are like a virus that just keeps replicating.

The only way to stop all of it is to remove them from society, which was a function of mental institutions.

I don't know of a solution that's humane to get them out of society.

In Philly they have taken over parts of the city.
