I think depression is unavoidable

It’s just to what extent (how severe)

You have to learn to manage it

Andrew Tate has the best take on depression and I have always felt the same way.

You can feel depressed, but depression as some sort of a medical issue is just them getting stuck in their own mind.

Mine isn't severe but it's situational. For example if i go to work i instantly go from feeling great to depressed. If i'm in a social situation i don't like i get depressed. Some days i'll just be sitting around and get depressed until i find something fun to take my mind off of it.

The only path to happiness is being grateful for what you have been given, being spiritually content and not looking outwardly for approval/satisfaction. No one is immune to dissatisfaction when people choose false prophets.

I think he's spoken out on this before.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Yup, being grateful is a good tip.

And depression isn't real, it's nothing more than a feeling and your body/mind telling you need to change your situation. It's not a fcking disease.

of course it's depressing.

imagine not being able to leave ur house. No friends cuz everyone wants your money and somehting out of you. Eveyr girl only likes you for your status.

it can be lonely yes. money doesn't bring happiness. if ur broke, you'll never get this. Plenty of old millionaires in florida who are depressed in life.

Everyone is depressed. If people started meditating like shaolin monks, the world would be a happier place.

Plenty of celebrities are lonely and depressed, as others in the thread have pointed out the reasons why.

What clearly separates him from the weight lifters on a gay indian body building forum, is that he likely isn't too narcissistic and psychopathic to notice his feelings, self-reflection, and openly admit that he's had periods of feeling down and depressed.
