Clarence Thomas wants to get rid of Birth Control and Same Sex marriage next

Clarence Thomas writes, in a concurring opinion, that the Supreme Court should reconsider Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell — the rulings that now protect contraception, same-sex relationships, and same-sex marriage.

We are moving in the right direction. Lots more needs to be done though. If God wills it, things will proceed and obstacles from atheists, feminists, baby-killers, etc., will be overcome.

Last time I checked, leaving the decision up to the states != “getting rid of” the above.

Once a retard, always a retard, I guess…..poor JayDawg.

The state shouldn't be recognizing 'marriage' as anything other than a corporate 50/50 partnership. File it the same way you would with the SBA. That's all marriage is anyway...

Then u could marry your box of Kleenex if you wanted, OP.

Correcting decisions made from virtue signaling and not how the our constitution was written.
The problems we face today are there because the people who work for a living are now out numbered by those who vote for a living.

The constitution is everyone’s “side of the aisle”.

Holy chit are you retarded. I feel bad for the people that are forced to interact with you on a day to day basis.

This.

Had nothing against gay marriage... until those mentally ill "progressive" fukheads didn't start spreading their brain cancer to what we have now, which is teaching 4 year old kids to cut off their penises and 500 gender pronouns and soon to be ped0 acceptance.

Go fuk yourself libs. Period. Give them inch they'll take a mile, this is why we can't have nice things. Going back to the good old traditional times and cry me a river if you don't like it.

I’m fairly certain that you need an IQ above room temperature to be able to land a job as an air traffic controller.

Oh, and dusting the keyboards/mopping the floors of the control tower at night doesn't make you an ATC’er.

Roe was legislation under the guise of an unnamed liberty. Ole racist Ruth even said in the opinion that it was a weak framework.

Here’s the deal, boyo. The states have their own autonomy to govern anything not expressly preempted by Congress. The states can also have their own autonomy on issues that are not deemed unconstitutional. This novel concept is called federalism.

The constituents of the respective states can vote. If they want their state to have different laws, then they vote for representatives who will do so.

But you probably know this. However, dishonesty is the only alternative to an actual debate, so that’s your only play.
