Lets be real here, The US fell for angry incels plot to make nobody have sex because they cant have any. There was literally ZERO benefit for going after abortions.

Again, nothing is being banned. All this ruling did was properly correct the decision to abide by the 10th Amendment.

Please, stay in Europe. We really don’t want you here.

Go fuk yourself libs. Period. Give them inch they'll take a mile, this is why we can't have nice things. Going back to the good old traditional times and cry me a river if you don't like it.
Hate to say this but I agree. Pro gay marriage myself and have gay friends who are planning on getting married soon - great for them

But the teaching children about pronouns, calling trans athletes heroes, Disney making children’s shows specially about gay cross dressing characters, drag queens on nick jr, that chit has got to stop

I mean in a decade we went from obama and HIlldog being against gay marriage (Dems forget) to where we are now, which is legitimizing and then bowing down to mental illness.

I’m fine keeping gay marriage but the other chit has got to stop

Not surprised that the resident jaydawg who maxes out his race card at every turn and suffers from a severe case of minority inferiority complex is calling for violence and terrorism.

I guess the $2.5 billion in violence from BLM is the standard for which you naturally resort back to.

Ok? What point are you trying to make???

The decision was left up to the states, as it should have been the entire time…….that pesky 10th amendment, right?

Nothing is stopping a woman from traveling to a pro-abortion state and having the procedure done, right??????

Missing the point completely

If you want to protect gay marriage and pills at a federal level put it in the constitution

If Louisiana wants to ban condoms and that causes republicans to get BTFO that's their prerogative

Dunno mang. I'm still not totally convinced these Roe v. Wade and "Russia hacking our election" and June 6th Committee narratives aren't just CIA psyops to make Americans give a phuck about their government and get out and vote tbh. I know how tinfoil that sounds, but I just don't think anything is going to come of Roe being repealed tbh. It's potentially a big win for constitutional originalism (and only if other cases dealing with the legal concept of substantive due process are challenged on the basis of this ruling as well) but that's about it. If anything libtard states are going to start making abortion even more demonic to try to rustle conservatives or whatever.

Emergency contraception is still legal everywhere. That is completely unaffected by Roe.

And the next election cycle, a bunch of baby killers can get 10,000 signatures from other baby killers who want to legalize baby killing and get an initiative put on a ballot and then the state can decide together-- democratically, if you will-- whether or they want to make baby killing legal and under what circumstances babies may be killed.

No one is preventing anyone from killing babies to their black heart's content, repealing Roe just means that it is no longer a fundamental right protected by the 14th amendment of the Constitution to the United States unfortunately. Surely the founders intended to include the right to baby killing in the Bill of Rights, but it was a complicated time and the courts' job, nay, duty, is to enshrine the sacrad right to genocidal baby killing on-demand for free within walking distance of the home.

If stoners were able to figure out how to get dude weed lmao legal off a ballot initiative, I'm quite confident that the immensely competent "women's vote" (who are running around swearing up and down that this is the most fundamentally important right-- that is, killing babies at will-- that a woman can have in the United States of America) will be able to organize around this issue with virtuousity because their right to vote is neither facical nor shambolic.

That's exactly what it is. We are in an absolute economic disaster. We are in more debt than any point in history. Every market is in a major bubble. Highest country wide gas prices ever. Inflation out of control. Asset prices unaffordable for the majority. Israel bombed a civilian airport and is taunting Russia. Lithuania being bullied to blockade trains to Russia, which is an act of war. Germany is tapping into winter reserve resources to get by right now.

But now we care about Roe v Wade? The biggest news stories a few weeks ago were Johnny Depp and Amber Heard as if they matter at all in any way? they're talking about an "insurrection" that zero people actually care about? It's classic look here not there. They are charging the political battery to keep people from taking action and pointing the fingers at the ruling class purposely destroying an entire class of people financially. We just had the greatest transfer of wealth in the history of modern civilization. We just had a worldwide power attempt to biologically destroy our nation's population, attempt to force people wear masks against their will, and dangle people's financial lives in front of them to pressure them into a medical experiment. This is the most disgusting period of time I can even think about right now that is getting looked over and forgotten about over roe v wade hearings and a Jan.6 made up news story. It's clown world on steroids. A society so broken they just brush off our destruction openly being done to us.

We will have war. We're basically in WW3 in a very atypical way. It is 100% necessary to have war to blame for the impending economic downfall of our nation.

If you don't like the law, change the law. You don't get to dictate law from activist judges. Judges don't get to just make up new constitutional rights. If you want abortion to be coded into the Constitution as a fundamental right, amend the Constitution. There is a process for that. Good fuking luck getting it passed though

Huge W for the US today.

All of these decisions SHOULD be reversed. The Supreme Court has no right to declare anal sex as a Constitutional right ffs

Yeah you're on the same page as me brah, exactly. This is a big lookie here so the pleb classes don't see the big picture. They are throwing us in a pot and turning the water on to boil and we won't realize it until it's too late because we're crabs in a bucket crawling all over each other fighting about (let's be honest) kind of irrelevant social issues that have been largely settled by society already.

First of all, Euros are cucks, as demonstrated by the US' leverage on Europe via NATO.

Second, this ruling says nothing about birth control.
Contraception

The cries of alarm include other areas expressly addressed in the draft opinion as not impacted by its analysis. For example, many critics claim that contraception could soon be outlawed even though the court’s draft specifically dismisses such claims:“Roe’s defenders characterize the abortion right as similar to the rights recognized in past decisions involving matters such as intimate sexual relations, contraception, and marriage, but abortion is fundamentally different, as both Roe and Casey acknowledged.”

It is true that some activists have sought to outlaw IUDs and Plan B prescriptions as “abortion-inducing.” However, putting aside that the draft opinion expressly distinguishes the contraception cases, there is no basis for suggesting that the court would eradicate any semblance of personal privacy and intimacy protections under the Constitution. Such sweeping transformation of the private lives of Americans would involve curtailing a host of other rights, including equal protection. Moreover, there would be considerable practical barriers to such bans in preventing interstate availability of contraceptives.

The polling on this issue is even more lopsided. While the public remains supportive of limits on abortion, some 83 percent support to the availability of contraceptives. Only 6 percent favor making contraception illegal.
