holy fuk @ this heatwave (pic)

took this pic today, third day in a row with this heat, all I've done today (and last 2 days) is sit inside and sip on some water with frozen ice , the fuk is this heat??
the high heat also makes me sleepy af, how are you even supposed to function

Walks happen before 10am otherwise it's 95+.

It's definitely hot, and sometimes it stays hot well past 8PM.

Yeah was still over 90 degrees here last night at 10pm. Takes some serious self-control to not turn the AC down until the moment I go to bed at ~11. I can handle the house being hot during the day if I have a fan blowing on me. But when I go to bed it's game over, gotta be cool in the room in addition to a fan blowing.

Over 100 here most of the summer, usually into fall even; sucks ass. When I moved from Sacramento I remember leaving for work at 0500 and wondering why the fck it was still 90 degrees out.

Um, like completely off? Are you home at the time?

Not sure if you are better off turning it off completely or just setting it to a higher temperature during the day. Something about the energy needed to get it cooled down inside.

It's only 13C in this neck of the woods. I don't really like temps above 26C. We have had 35C+ days in UK and they are brutal. You open your car door after a few hours and it's like an oven in there. You can't even touch the wheel.
