Rentcel checking in. Paying the same rent for the house last 3 years and will continue another year at same rent. Have 3 kids under 2. I probably make 10 times the money my landlord makes. Practically begs me to stay every year. Looking to buy in $800k-$1.2 mil, probably in a year or two. My housing expenses will increase considerably, given that I pay $2200 for a 4 bedroom house.
