Who’s at fault?

The real question is if you kill a golfer is it murder?

I don't think it is. Should be open season on all golfcels

2002 pulled me tee shot left hit a guy in the neck and took him out......thought I killed him.
They took him away in an ambulance.....

Good thing he was ok in the end, I thought hitting the ball through the clowns mouth was hard enough...
