However, time will tell if we get actually much needed platform update or improved support in general. This isn't the first time we've been through this, but I did get the impression that there is genuine interest.

also notice that since he lacks credibility (ala the scammer reputation) he continuosly drops BIG NAMES like they are waiting on hold to talk to him.

Its really kind of distracting to the "dumb" listener. Rappers also do this by dropping luxury brand names so one might think he owns it...all he did was say it.
