There has legit been a house for sale for 2 years in my neighborhood, one of the hottest markets in the country, that is owned by an Indian. He refuses to sell to anyone and nobody has been able to figure out why it hasn't sold, despite numerous offers. This now makes sense.

when they make a large transaction, they make a spectacle of it. I learned this lesson years ago when I sold my car to ****** They invited me in to their home, while they went to fetch the cash. There were like 3 families living together. They made me a milky Chai tea. And lots of deep fried mimosas etc. Some ****** are good people, but there is lots, maybe Pakistani who bring a terrible name to them across the west. Their lack of respect, hygiene and their disgusting behavior. But there are some good ones.

They were showing you a high amount of respect (perhaps misplaced) by inviting you into their home, serving you food, serving you tea - treating you as a family guest rather than a transaction.
