What did you do to make sure your sperm was at its healthiest and highest count?


Did you remove alcohol/drugs, add supplements like zinc or folate, losing weight, etc.



For those who did not make any lifestyle changes, do you wish you had or wish to make those changes for future breeding sessions?

Didn't manage to get her pregnant for 2-3 months when I was drinking quite a lot and did snus. I quit all of that completely and she got pregnant within a month. I have no doubt the two are related.

I'm in the process of doing that now. Trying to get to 10% bf before impregnating her. My hair has started thinning, and I've been avoiding any drugs for that because I have read they can cause birth defects. If it gets bad I'll probably get a hair transplant, or just shave it.

Doubtful....drug addicts get pregnant all the time.

I'm not saying you can't impregnate a chick when you're doing drugs but I can definitely see how it'd affect the quality of your sperm.

Can’t say I’m a high value father yet. Son is only a few months old. I didn’t change much and I wish I hadn’t drank so much at the time. But I rarely drink at all anymore now.

Its not that easy to impregnate a woman, often for newlyweds it takes multiple months for them to get pregnant. After the year mark of no pregnancy is when you are supposed to start seeing whats up and doing check ups and ****.

Im amazed at how many people think you just jizz inside a woman and shes almost 100% pregnant.

Her first pregnancy was when she was on the pill and took it like 3-4 hours late just one time so my jizz is 100% confirmed to be super potent (srs). Was pretty easy the first time but maybe that first failed pregnancy also affected some things in her body that made it more difficult on her side. We'll see how long it takes for the next one, I'll report back when the time has come.
