Of curse California is way overpriced but the govt cant swoop in and take your house like they can in mexico.

No warrant or reason other than the governor of the region wanted it for his son. You are just out the house and money.

Bro, this chit cant and wont happen. LMAO at thinking some uber millionarie is going to take over some middle classer house to gift to his kid

Maybe if you have a ranch up in the mountains in cartel land some Druglord will come and take your land by force, but in cities, it wont happen.

Also, CA is getting swarmed by tech indians up north, fuking hell

One million dollars is unsurmountable for most Mexicans, whereas that's about average for what a decent house costs in the desirable parts of America.

But I will humor you OP.

Let's compare apples to apples.

This is what a million gets you in an average suburb, and you don't need 20 guards or 16 foot walls here.

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I've heard of a lot of Americans retiring to Mexico. If Mexico can one day finally take most of the power away from the cartels, gringos are going to flood into Mexico, especially retirees.

I'm going to be totally honest, your Mexico home looks poverty for a million. Why move to a third world country when you can purchase this for $1 mil in Huntsville, AL and be able to stay in the GOAT country in the world?

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Damn that's a nice deal. A neighbor a few doors down here in NC just dropped his 40-50 yr old house's asking price down to $650K and it's less than half the sq footage of your example. The entire property has to be about the size of your example's front lawn. BRB, moving to Alabama.

It was technically 1.35 mil, really don't feel like searching for the link again. I closed out of Redfin after I posted the pic. There was another impressive one in the same area for 1.15 mil, so a bit closer to that $1 mil mark.

Huntsville is a good area to buy something outlandishly big for the price lol.

Does the Cartel really just kill anyone like that? I have a hard time believing they really bother the population, unless they get in their way. (Ded fkn Srs)

The part of LA that sells shacks for $1million is more dangerous than the part of Mexico where homes run $1million USD too lol
