Those Alabama homes look like insane value

u couldnt afford it either so its self serving.
Yup the lot is 1.1 acres going pretty much right to the tree line, which is a nature reserve



We’re allowed to put up to 4 structures on the lot so could do any number of things there

nice man, u usually see those 1M Vancouver chit shacks and everyone thinks negatively about CA real estate

whats the mortgage rate up there? a nice under 4%?

Alberta is reasonable af compared to Vancouver and Toronto nowadays

Managed to snag 3.99% in a pre-approval two months ago
