Crockpot recipes that aren’t super “unhealthy” and taste pretty good

It’s kind of dreary out today, might throw something in the crockpot. Looking for recipes that are filling yet not super “unhealthy”

Chili? Also just throw some beef in there with a bit of salt, and it always turns out great.

Bunch of chicken breasts and some BBQ sauce. Chicken should be peeling apart after 6-8 hours.
