No food except whole foods
Only water to drink

No wearing clothes to look good for validation
Wear sack cloth except from at work
Wear monk sandals except from at work
Shaven head, no hair fashion of any kind

Some of these rules are stupid but I assume this is like a dopamine detox which I could see some merit in.

I will respond to your points one at a time

No internet - I used internet for too much different chit, like e-mails, banking, OU (university), general study, music. Not doable.
No porn - Fair enough. This is really something we should ALL be trying to avoid.
No alcohol or drugs - I don't drink alcohol, only drugs I take are barely drugs at all, only PWO like caffeine etc.
No food except whole foods - Not for me, I eat healthy overall but must have a pizza now and again.
Only water to drink - I am not going to give up on milk, too good.
No music except from tribal music - Not for me. I feel that I am in a better mindset when I listen to trance music like Gareth Emery.
No wearing clothes to look good for validation - I don't really care about expensive clothes and looking good.
Wear sack cloth except from at work - not really for me, I could not wear that in the gym or any of the other activities that I go to
Wear monk sandals except from at work - see above comment
Shaven head, no hair fashion of any kind - I have a grade 1 haircut and no hair fashion
No tv - not for me, there are too many awesome non-woke TV shows and movies which I feel richer for having seen.

No books except classic literature - I don't know about this. Nothing wrong with reading well researched historical books or books about business, geography etc.
No sex - this shouldn't be a problem for me *stands awkwardly as Seinfield'esque canned laughter plays*
No phone except a flip phone for work calls only - please see the comment about no internet, I need my Android phone for work and keeping in touch with larger family via Whatsapp. It would be a good idea, but it wouldn't work for me.
