Boyos this is really weird. My iPhone says no service but I’m still able to use the internet. I tried using both of my emails through my laptop and they are hacked I can’t get into any of them. Anyone been through this chit? Yes I paid all my bills and tried resetting my phone. I’m locked out of any calling or texts/emails but apparently I can still misc. this is weird as fuk. Wood appreciate any advice

I hope you had a phone number or other alternative log-in method linked to your account. Use the "forgot your password" and submit a request to retrieve your account through an SMS/e-mail. When you do manage to log back in, change your password again (use a random, strong password from a password generator) and save it with a password manager so you don't forget it (I use Samsung Password Manager). Check your e-mails (including spam/trash) and see what other websites your account may have been compromised on since they likely have been hacked too with access to the main account linking everything. Change passwords on every website.

Enable 2FA on all your accounts (you get a message for verification if someone tries logging in from an unidentified location/IP address) so you don't get hacked again.

Do this now and do it fast or it'll make it very difficult for you to retrieve your account, if it is even possible at this point.

I can’t use the change my password cuz all my email accounts are hacked and won’t accept my info . Thanks for your advice though. Think I gotta head to AT&T to show them what’s going on.

You definitely should consult AT&T but the delay may make recovering your account difficult on some services. (I have been waiting to hear back from Instagram for over 6 months to recover my account with no luck.)

I have 2 main emails one gmail the other one is for bills and more serious stuff. The only social media I got is ******** so at least I can talk to ppl on there for now. It’s crazy cuz I literally have over 100 passwords written in a book so something like this wouldn’t happen. I believe it was caused by the forced iPhone update and I won’t be surprised if other people start experiencing this issue soon.

You may have been SIM hacked/jacked, where somebody swapped your SIM card to their phone. If your email uses your phone number in any way to unlock the password, then they can use this to access your email.

First step would be to go into your phone carrier store and figure it out. Second step is to add two factor authentication via an authenticator app (not phone number) to any of your accounts that have it (email, crypto, etc).

Have you tried the "forgot your password?" option for your e-mails to have it send a code to your phone/alt e-mail?
If no, try it.
If yes and it did not work out, you should get it to your carrier ASAP (NOW, not later) the hacker does irreversible damage.

Yes I did, it rejects me cuz of the hack. I’m gonna have to go to the ATT store cuz I literally can’t make a phone call right now

So they replaced the SIM card in my phone. And told me to get a new email and talk to all my banks. At least they helped. I even got a cute black girls number at the store lol.
