Why are more blacks shown on tv than Hispanics?

Hispanics are 19% of the population while blacks are 13%. Yet I never see Hispanics on tv.

All main characters have at least one black friend. But never a Hispanic.

So why are blacks over represented in the media over Hispanics?

Oh definitely. Identity politics has been by far the #1 focus in today's big corporate owned media. Everything's gotta be all about "muh representation" for every single race and identity under the sun. Part of the reason why everything has become so cartoonish and unrelatable.
