multiply the horizontal of first, by vertical of the second to get the dot product..
so the first row is:
(1,1,1,0).(1,1,1,0) = 1+1+1+0
(1,1,1,0).(1,2,1,1)= 1+2+1+0
(1,1,1,0).(1,1,0,2) = 1+1+0+0
(1,1,1,0).(0,1,2,1) = 0+1+2+0

row 2:
(1,2,1,1).(1,1,1,0) = 1+2+1+0
(1,2,1,1).(1,2,1,1) = 1+4+1+1
(1,2,1,1).(1,1,0,2) = 1+2+0+2
(1,2,1,1).(0,1,2,1) = 0+2+2+1

etc...

repeat the same with each row of the first matrix.
