The boats torture by far

Strap you down on a boat in the middle of a lake. Feed you milk and honey until you chit and vomit all over yourself. Bugs start swarming and eat you alive. One account of this taking place it took the guy like 2 weeks to die and the bugs ate him down to the bones and he was still conscious.

Also read about some girl that was in the catacombs of Odessa with her friends. They ditched her down there as a prank. Her skeleton was found years later. She had no flashlight or anything just wondering in the complete darkness until death.

Keel hauling, easy. It's a punishment that used to happen on ships, done by pirates or the navy. Basically, you get tied at your arms and legs and dragged along the hull of the ship (bottom) over the keel (or sometimes from the front of the ship to the back for a longer hauling). You get bludgeoned against the bottom and shredded by barnacles (think a giant cheese grater) that formed during voyage while drowning. Sometimes, you might have multiple goes if you make it to the other side. Black sails had a brutal representation of it (linked below, but it's an important character death if you plan on watching that show and don't want to get spoiled; it's a worse death than anything in Game of Thrones IMO).

That one guy getting stuck upside down in a cave in Utah. Any slow painful death is horrible.

Middle of the ocean at night, stranded, no boat, no floating device, sharks have spotted you.

Something that happened recently here. A bus station just 20 minutes from my place. A dude in the bus put a flammable liquid on someone and set her on fire. She was in hospital for a good two weeks I think and recently passed away. So she was suffering for a good two weeks. Even if you survive that good chance your offing yourself. Sucks. Really sad stuff.
