Yeah i agree we are meant to be connected with nature and other humans. We are meant to have a tribe. No i don't meet anyone i connect with at all. Everywhere i go people just steal my energy. I'm a believer that for most people you need to meet someone within 2 years of your age to be able to connect and i don't even meet anyone my age everyone i interact with is like 29 or 50+.

I dunno I married someone 5 years younger than me and we connect quite well. I think it depends more on how you were raised, your priorities, values, etc, but you definitely need to be at a similar "maturity" level. I dunno man, you seem to bish about your job and the people around you quite frequently. Maybe a massive life change, ie a career change would benefit you. You meet likeminded individuals when you join / pursue things that you like.

I'm 33 i can't relate to someone that's 28 or 38 that's just not gonna work man. Everyone i meet is either very liberal or very brainwashed it's hard to meet anyone that just acts normal anymore. I like lifting and metal but you can't even meet anyone doing that stuff anymore. Gyms are weird now and nobody listens to metal in clown world. Even the metal sub reddits are dead that's how underground the chit is now. Everyone listens to rap now srs. There's no way to meet people unless you go online anymore and i'm not doing that.

I'm being serious here, do yourself a favor and try this:

- Go to CVS/Walgreens

- Look in the supplement aisle

- Find St John's Wort

- Take as directed

It's not an antidepressant. It is not psychoactive. It is an herb that has been used for thousands of years and does exactly what the bottle says; promotes a positive mood. You can open the capsule and put it in tea (tastes like chit) or just take it whole.

No serious side effects (but does slightly thin blood), no withdrawal effects (you can stop immediately without any issues), and it works within hours. It has a calming effect that helps clear the mind.

It changed my life years ago and trust me when I say I know what depression is at it's worse. From now on I'm just going to keep posting it in these types of threads.

Everyone is feeling depressed to an extent. Some people just hide it better by keeping themselves preoccupied or being more social. I hate feeling like I need a supplement to function at full capacity, but the time I spent being depressed without it was a waste.

Just try it, if it doesn't help then throw it away. Nothing to lose.

Might as well. If you take it in the morning as prescribed you should know by the end of the day whether it helps. It takes effect very quickly, even sooner if you open it and mix it. I wouldn't recommend mixing it the first time though, as it will probably make you tired. But when you wake up, you will know.

It's by far the most effective thing I have ever done for depression, or just that feeling of losing the connection with life/people.

Anyway ,If it helps please let other people know. It could be life changing, especially in times like this.
