Rate my interviewee selection system based on CV

Made it to Product Manager from Software Dev

Gosh, already easier work but higher promotion visibility

Have to select a few people to interview for a Software Dev position for an algorithmic trading team

Based off CV alone gotta decide which one to pick to not have to interview everyone, gonna use this point based system:

- University: Top 5 uni +2pt, Top 10 +1pts, rest 0pts

- GPA: above 3.75 +3pts, above 3.50 +2pts, below 3.50 0pts

- Degree: Proper degree (Any type of Engineering, Comp Sci, Maths, Physics, Statistics) 2pts, Irrelevant but Proper aka "Career Changer" (Medicine, Bio/Chem Sciences, Law, Finance, Accounting, maybe Economics) 1pts, rest 0pts

- Strong preference for Asian men (nohomo) - 1pts

- Will check if there is some tracking to have females in the pool - if not, auto-reject

- If females necessary strong preference for Asian women and Black women (1pts) - Asian girls are nice and submissive and Black girls' bodies with summer clothing or skirts is a mega test booster for the males on the team

Everyone gets points on all categories and then I rank them descending and pick the top 10 dead srs

Looks good to me for the most part. The uni variable is questionable at best but overall, gjdm.

Not bad brah. If you're recruiting for development I'd also consider prior experience and a strong portfolio. Just hiring those fresh out of University will prove problematic.

Found that comp sci guys are better than engineering guys to develop software engineering skills
But opposite for girls, engineering and maths girls accelerate past comp sci
