Why isn't lifting form taught in schools? srs
Children have perfect deadlift and squat form but this erodes.
Back injuries are a major problem. Most people will pick up stuff (heavy, light, irrelevant) by catbacking over, no squat, no core bracing, etc. And then twisting while carrying heavy stuff. All bad for the spine and even doing it with light objects causes gradually wear even if it doesn't give a hernia.
What gives? Why don't they teach this srs

Weightlifting is fairly popular in Moscow and some other parts of Russia as a school sport
I guess there’s extra time for that without the gender studies and progressive propaganda

The catback lift is universally wrong no matter for what object.

Was taught to me at an early age. They told you how to manage your joints, etc.
Never was a top tier power lift, but I also never started drinking OJ because my genetics sucked so bad.
To this day, if your income doesn't depend on your athletic prowess, drinking juice is THE biggest cope in history
