I left bodybuilding 4 years ago. But lifting or not lifting, eggs breakfast with toast is the best source of protein for me. Cook it anyway (half-fried, boiled, omelet), make it a filler with bread, paratha or anything, use your spices and it's really good. Have a warm cup of tea afterwards and it's just amazing.

Keeping cost, time and effort aside, then it's obviously chicken. (But it's very boring to do that everyday), until and unless you are fine with having grill or KFC from restaurant everyday.

Beef jerky, all day, every day.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Chicken
Salmon
Greek Yogurt

PB not really enough protein related to the fat it has. You can’t eat a bunch of it for protein without racking up calories.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
