Ever see a skinny guy beat the crap out of a muscle guy?

My college roommate was about 6'4" and weighed about 160 lbs soaking wet.

He was big flirt and girls really responded to him.

Bigger guys would insult him and try to bully him all the time. But my buddy could box, wrestle, and fight.

Can't tell you how many muscle guys he beat the $hit out of. I mean, he would humiliate them. It was fun to watch.

Yeah back in High school dude was literally built like snoop dog and the other kid like when 50 cent first came out.. they got into a fight and i heard the lanky kid whooped the others kid ass, completely one sided. I mean the lanky kid was gang affiliated so he probably had more street fighting experience

in highschool.
biggest dude on the football team was a beast.
6'2" farm boy.
other kid was 5'11 tops and skinny ripped, was on the basket ball team.

skinny kid just destroyed him.
dude just punched the chit out of him before he knew what was going on.
blood everywhere.

football dude was being a dick, grabbed him and shoved him into the lockers randomly because he thought he was king chit thinking the dude wouldn't do anything about it.
skinny pushed back, football threw a punch and missed skinny just unleashed hell.
straight solid punches faster than the eye could follow.
it was over in like a minute.
football dude was just sitting on the floor with his back against the locker in a daze bleeding on himself.

even the teacher's stood back and were like "DAAAMMNNN".

took two teachers to pick up the football player and walk him down to the nurse.
nobody even looked at that kid sideways after anf football team didn't mess with him either which can happen when you are at odds with one of their own.

never saw anything like it again in person.

if the skinny guy knows how to fight, yeah, they'll probably beat the chit out of a muscular guy. some skinny guys are deceptively strong while being quick and flexible.

even in the UFC this happens

see adesanya vs costa

but if you encounter a fat guy that knows how to box with quick hands, run, lol. you're probably not hurting the guy. always bet on bloat.

I wouldn't under estimate someone's strength based on how they look. Fast twitch muscles are pretty important in a fight. Even Arnie said Wilt Chamberlain was a beast in the weight room and was the strongest man he'd met at the time.

depends how well either of them can fight, in general obviously it helps to outweigh and be stronger than your opponent, but it doesn't always matter or turn out to be advantageous.

also sorta depends what you mean by skinny? like max holloway from ufc skinny ? or like legit beta skinny fat type? just being lanky doesn't mean you're weak at all so it really does depend.

lol i love these comments as if its just some magical prowess someone has.

It's all about leverage/momentum. If you know how to throw a punch you know it has to come from your legs for power. It's not some magical attribute certain people have.

cope.

Size will always win unless there is some training involved.

If we put two totally untrained guys, 160 lbs vs a 230 lbs, 230 will take the W 10 out of 10 times.

Me and one of my good friends from HS used to do backyard boxing. I was a little bit more muscular than him with probably 10lbs on him, but this dude could fight. The type of guy who given the option of getting 1 hit on you and 0 against him, versus 2 hits on you and 1 on him would choose the 2 hits every time.

Made it really hard to fight him. The rounds would pretty much always end in a tie, but I would walk away a little rocked even though by stats I should have won.

Of course... But there are so many variables that could determine the outcome of a fight...

Plain and simple having size and strength will always provide a wild card that makes predicting a fight hard to do... Skinny trained kunt may be working Thicc kunt over and then out of know where Thicc kunt drops a life changing bomb...

I started taking BJJ and completely checked my ego at the door knowing I was for sure going to get choked...lol. Standing 6' 2" @ 260lbs and having above average strength... most of the smaller lower skilled guys weren't able to wrap me up simply because I flat out over powered them.. to the point the instructor made pointed out that if I kept relying on strength alone that I would never fully develop the skill and movements...To which I completely agree but truth be told its hard not to instinctively fall back on it when somebody has your back and is sinking in that rear naked choke.... Lemme see... let it happen and peel this jabroni's arm back like a banana peel and give him the Stone Cold Stunner!?!?!?
6'2" @ 247lbs

When I worked in the bar industry you learned to not judge a book by its' cover. One of the guys I worked with was a total manlet but had a black belt and tons of fighting experience and could take you apart in moments. Saw him fight guys easily 50 pounds heavier often and he never lost.

Muscle has very little impact in fights and usually the skinny guy can swing faster landing more punches which can lead to ko.

Even with training it's tough to overcome a big size and strength advantage in a street fight.

Sure in boxing following the rules the little guy will always win if he's a trained boxer. But if the big guy is allowed to pick him up and toss him across the street into a concrete curb head first, the little guy won't fare as well.
